With that, this Game Captures the Charm and Adventure of The Lord of the Rings franchise and films with Frodo Baggins making his journey to Mt. and the feel of the films/franchise makes thi s Game Something else that tells a fantastic story in comical Lego form with the addition of the Dialog of the films. Anyway, the Icon or button picture that you see and press to start playing on the Xbox 360 Game, is Awesome and nostalgic to The Lord of the Rings/Tolkien and Lego franchises alike! The game graphics are magnificent with sentimental detail to the films and the franchises, maintaining loyalty to the experience of the films.
But if you like the Platinum Hits edition of the game or games it’s OK, no worries. I'm a bit of a collector of the original versions or editions of things. Especially if you have the original version or/edition of the game, not the platinum hits version of the game. This is one of the best Lego Xbox 360 titles I've played since my family has owned an Xbox 360(besides the other Lego titles I've played). Special Palantir seeing stones let gamers jump back and forth between storylines, and as always, multiplayer fans can drop in or out of the action any time they please. Players can collect Mithril to forge new items in the Blacksmith Shop, and characters gain new weapons and attacks as the advance through the journey.
There are more than 80 different characters to unlock, including the massive spider Shelob, the frightening Balrog, and the tortured hobbit Gollum, and the game includes dozens of lines of dialogue taken directly from the films. As always, gamers spend much of the adventure switching between characters, dismantling foes, and destroying the environments to earn LEGO studs. All of Middle-earth has been re-created, even portions not seen in the films, but players follow the general progression of the story, travelling from The Shire all the way to the heart of Mordor. Tolkien's epic trilogy (albeit with small plastic blocks and vintage Traveller's Tales humor) as they join Frodo, Aragorn, and the rest of the Fellowship in LEGO The Lord of the Rings.
